All training fees are quoted based on the specific requirements of the client's team. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms will be specified in the formal training agreement provided after a quote is accepted.
We are an independent educational provider. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. The use of the name NinjaOne is for descriptive and educational purposes only and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by NinjaOne, LLC.
Cancellation policies vary based on the delivery format (Remote vs. On-Site). Specific cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility will be detailed in your individual training contract.
All training materials, including lab guides, documentation, and scripts provided during the course, are the intellectual property of Endpoint Excellence Academy and are for the internal use of the client's team only.
